Very sketchy
Very sketchy. Had same experience like others posted here. Inspected very little. Told me no pests, just birds walking on metal roof. Paid $299.
This place looks like a scam
This place looks like a scam. They came out to check a spot under our roof where birds nest. They took $300 just to look at it. They said they would come back to do the real work, which would cost another $200. After bugging them to come back, two people came for the follow-up work - and left after a few minutes. One of them started to get on the roof, and then said he had worn the wrong shoes for the job. I have called and emailed a bunch of times, but no one ever answers. It's been a year now, and I think my $300 is gone for good.
dont call this company!
dont call this company! they took my money and ran. a guy named *** and his buddy came to check out a squirrel problem in my house. they found a squirrel nest in a gutter (with a dead squirrel), cleared it out, and then *** walked around the attic and said he didnt see anything. they charged me $700 and said it was guaranteed for 2 years. i said yes cuz i wanted to feel better. a week later, i heard noises in a wall. i called, texted, and emailed them a bunch of times over the next 2 weeks but they didnt answer. so much for a guarantee. luckily, i found a good company now.

We paid Sean B*** a lot of money, but his work was not good
We paid Sean B a lot of money, but his work was not good. He left raccoon traps that didn't work and didn't finish the job. He didn't give us our money back for the work he didn't do. He also left baby raccoons in the traps for too long. I think it's against the law to keep animals in cages for more than 24 hours. He didn't wear a mask when he came to our house in July, even though we asked him to. He has a lot of websites and phone numbers for his businesses. I don't think his Yelp reviews are real. We talked to someone from the WA Fish and Wildlife Dept and they said he's not really a licensed trapper and has been reported many times.
