Deceptive practice
I registered for the one time fee of 59.00. When I put in my CC info and checked out. I was charged for a whole package of 259.00. That was not what was authorized. When I sent an email informing them of the fraudulent charges. They responded that was what I chose. So what they are doing is changing your basket at checkout.
1000% do not recommend!
Don't Fall for the ADA Assistance Dog Registry Scam
This website called ADA Assistance Dog Registry (adaregistry.com) is a total sham! You don't need to register your service dog in most places, so don't waste your hard earned money on this bogus website! They just take your money and send you a fake looking registration card that won't do anything for you or your furry friend.
I did my research and found out that the ADA website even says that these registrations aren't legitimate! So, I'm warning you, don't fall for this scam like I did. Instead, stick to the trusted resources and organizations like the ADA, who actually care about the wellbeing and safety of service animals and their owners.
And don't get me started on the annoying pop-ups and spam emails I keep getting from the ADA Assistance Dog Registry! It's like they won't leave me alone! I'm convinced that they don't care about helping people with service animals at all, they just want to make a quick buck.
Save your money and sanity and don't bother with the ADA Assistance Dog Registry (adaregistry.com)! Stick to the tried and true resources out there and trust the experts. Don't be fooled by this sketchy website and their fake registrations.
Disappointing Experience with ADA Assistance Dog Registry - Not Recommended
I was really excited to register my cherished dog as an emotional support animal through ADA Assistance Dog Registry (adaregistry.com), but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. Firstly, I paid the registration fee of 99 dollars, but to my dismay, they billed me twice! I was really annoyed and wanted to inform them about the billing error, but to make it worse, I didn't receive any digital documents after I completed the registration process.
I tried calling them for clarification, but sadly, no one picked up on the other end. I left not one, but two messages, but I haven't received any call back from them. I am extremely frustrated because the whole point of this registry is to be able to use my beloved dog as an emotional support animal. It's sad to say that the customer service isn't up to par with the cost of the registration fee.
I hope they can address these issues soon for the sake of their customers. With great disappointment, I cannot recommend this ADA Assistance Dog Registry to others. Please be aware of the potential issues when registering your furry friend with this website.
Effortlessly Register Your Assistance Dog with ADA Assistance Dog Registry: A Review
This site is the bomb diggity! It was really simple for me to use and I was able to get my furry family member certified as an assistance dog in no time. I am mega grateful for ADA Assistance Dog Registry!
My pup is more than just a support dog to me, she is my rock and my constant companion. And now that she is certified, I can take her everywhere with me. The staff at ADA Assistance Dog Registry were super helpful and their customer service was top-notch.
To be honest, I was a bit worried about the registration process but it was totally legit. There are a ton of scammy websites out there pretending to be the real deal, but this was not one of them. It was easy-peasy and I had all the paperwork I needed in a jiffy.
The website itself is a bit basic but honestly, that isn't a big deal. The important thing is that it's functional and it gets the job done. I definitely recommend this site to anyone who needs to register their assistance dog. Thanks again to ADA Assistance Dog Registry!
Dr. Mr. Rueker, thank you for commenting. Your post has really helped to make a decision as to use this service or not. With out you even realizing it, you brought to potential truth to the surface.
Things to be aware of, the language used in this site has been shown in psychology as a subconscious method of lying. When the term “honest” is used multiple times, it has a high potential of being untrue, meaning this post is trying really hard to convince you that this service is a 5 star service. Please use your best judgment.
Beware of ADA Assistance Dog Registry - A Review
Well, I'm here to tell you all about my experience with the ADA Assistance Dog Registry (adaregistry.com). To begin with, I decided to register my furry friend as an ESA and the website claimed that the registration was good for a lifetime, with no recurring fees. This sounded like a great deal to me, so I went ahead and signed up.
Unfortunately, things didn't turn out quite as great as I had hoped. I quickly noticed that the website was charging me every month for the registration, despite their earlier promise of a one-time fee. To make matters worse, I couldn't find any customer support number or email to voice my concerns. This was very frustrating, and I wasn't sure what my next move should be.
After giving it some thought, I ultimately decided to cancel the card I had used for payment. While this did resolve the issue of the recurring fees, I also noticed that my dog no longer appeared on the registry when I searched for him. This was certainly disconcerting, and I can't help but wonder if it was related to my decision to cancel my payment method.
Overall, my experience with the ADA Assistance Dog Registry was less than ideal. While I appreciate the initial promise of a lifetime registration, the unexplained recurring fees and lack of customer support make me question the legitimacy of this company. I would advise anyone considering using their services to proceed with caution and do their research thoroughly before making any payments.
Review: ADA Assistance Dog Registry - Quick and Convenient Service Dog Card Purchase
I used the ADA Assistance Dog Registry (adaregistry.com) to purchase a service dog card and I found the process to be simple and straight-forward. I didn't have to enter my address, which I found to be a relief, and they just took the $25.00 fee for the Purchase Service Dog Scottsdale AZ Card2910. The merchant name was Service Dog Supplies and the address was in Scottsdale, AZ. According to the transaction type, the card number was entered by either me or the merchant and the category was listed as pet shops - pet food and supply stores.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience using this registry. While there may have been some spelling and grammar errors present in the website, it didn't affect the clarity and correctness of the information presented. As a common human being, I appreciate the use of basic punctuation in the text and the absence of any formal greetings or salutations. It made the website feel more approachable and easy to use.
If you're in need of a service dog card, I would recommend giving the ADA Assistance Dog Registry a try. While it may not be perfect, it gets the job done and is a quick and convenient way to obtain the necessary documentation for your furry companion.
Adaregistry.com Review: Deceptive and Money-Hungry, Would Not Recommend
So I was checking out adaregistry.com, this site claims to help people who want to register assistance dogs. It seemed like a good option for me but I had some problems with it. At first, I wanted to see the paperwork, but they didn't let me check it out without paying first. This was really annoying, but I went ahead and paid so I could have a look.
But then I realized that I had made a mistake; the site wasn’t actually helpful for me at all. That's why I immediately contacted them right after the transaction took place. However, the response was not what I expected. They said they wouldn't help me with my situation, and that really left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt scammed, like they were only interested in my money.
I cannot recommend this website to anyone, as I lost money with no significant result. The whole experience was very unpleasant, and I would advise anyone looking for assistance dog registration to stick to other sites that have a better reputation and more reliable reviews. My overall impression of adaregistry.com is that they are money-hungry and deceptive, and I don't believe they have people's interests in mind when they're doing business.
Disappointing Experience with ADA Assistance Dog Registry: Lack of Support & Confusing Charges
So, I signed up with ADA Assistance Dog Registry with high hopes. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment. I had some trouble with their technology, as it continued to charge my card after I cancelled the subscription. After calling the phone number, and leaving some messages, I still received no reply. I also tried contacting them through email, yet no responses there either. It felt like I was trying to communicate with a brick wall.
I had purchased a monthly subscription, hoping to have access to their support. But instead, they charged me for a one-off lifetime membership, without any explanation or opportunity to dispute the charge. And to make matters worse, the following month they charged my card AGAIN... for the same one-off lifetime membership! Sheesh, talk about taking advantage of a customer!
I felt helpless, and frankly confused. With no avenue to contact them, and their technology running rampant on my card, the whole experience felt more like a scam than a legitimate service. I ended up having to call my bank and cancel the card entirely, just to stop the charges from continuing.
All in all, my experience with ADA Assistance Dog Registry was nothing short of a headache. The lack of support, the confusing charges, and the inability to contact them made it feel like I had invested my money into nothing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with ADA Assistance Dog Registry: A Review of adaregistry.com
I recently used the ADA Assistance Dog Registry (adaregistry.com) to register my two grand pups so that we could bring them on a flight and not have to place them in carriers. While it was a bit of a hassle at the airport, we were able to board the plane with our furry companions. However, we were quickly told by the officer on duty that we had been scammed and that our registration was not legitimate. This left us with no choice but to place them in carriers and board the plane.
Despite paying for early boarding, we were separated from our family and ended up in the back of the plane, which was a disappointing start to our vacation. I must say that it was a terrible experience and felt that we had wasted our money on the registration. At this point, I am really upset and trying to get a refund but have had no luck reaching out to the team.
Overall, I would not recommend using the ADA Assistance Dog Registry, as the registration fee did not provide the convenience and service that was promised. It was a frustrating situation, and it definitely ruined the beginning of our vacation. If I had the chance to do it again, I would save my money and just place the pups in carriers to fly.
SAME! I was scammed today, 2/26/24. I plan to expose this company to the U.S. Trade Commission for scamming honest people who depend on their pets for support who are going through emotional times. Lost my husband to cancer September of 2023, and Lucy, our adopted pet, has been a life safer and support for me. This company exploits this to get peoples money. NOT MINE!
I'm so sorry this happened to you and your pups. Hope your vacation was great despite ADA. I was scammed today, 2/26/2024 and plan to contact them and to report them to the U.S. Trade Commission ending there run of scamming honest people. They have finally scammed the wrong one. I registered my pup as an emotional support animal due to the passing of my husband of 38 years in September of 2023. She is an adoptee we obtained from the humane society here in Maryland. If not for having her during this period, I don't know how I'd have gotten through this period. It's been really rough and very sad. I cry all the time and feel so overwhelmed. She's helped me greatly with daily walks, taking her to the doggy daycare and having someone to sleep close beside me. It's almost like she knows I am grieving. For this company to scam people who look to our pets for support is criminal. I have already contacted my credit card companies making them aware of my mistake. I aim to end this company's scam. BET!
Adaregistry.com Review: The Truth About Registering Your Service Dog
So, I heard about this website called adaregistry.com that supposedly helps you register your service dog and I must say I was intrigued. I mean, who wouldn't love a little bit of help when it comes to getting your furry friend recognized as an official service animal, right? But boy, was I in for a rude awakening.
After signing up for their email list, I started receiving all sorts of information about how to register my dog and why it was important to do so. I even started seeing articles on their site about the "facts" of registering a service animal.
But then I started to do my research and what I found out about adaregistry.com put a real damper on my excitement. As it turns out, service dogs do not require any type of "registration" - it's all just a big scam.
Despite trying to unsubscribe from their email list and flagging their emails as spam, I just keep receiving them. It's really frustrating, to be honest.
But the good news is that registering your service dog is actually unnecessary. All you need is a simple harness with training patches and a letter from your doctor stating that you require the animal to mitigate daily tasks. In most cases, a registration from your city's bylaw is also enough.
And if anyone ever gives you trouble about it, just make a little card at home with your dog's picture on it and print it off. Don't waste your money on this nonsense - be informed and stand your ground.

Registration Process Review: Worth the Effort for Assistance Dog Registration
The site seemed a bit funky to navigate around, but eventually, I found what I needed. It was a bit frustrating that there wasn't an option to upload documents directly to the site. But, hey, it is what it is. I did appreciate that they sent me an ID card in the mail though. The whole process took a bit longer than I anticipated, but I was happy I followed through with it. At the end of the day, I'm grateful for the help and support my assistance dog provides me every day.
