Walgreens - rx delivery, customer service

Walgreens Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage Alaska Ordered a prescription that was not delivered. Order status says it was, however, Door dash was not allowed to pick up the Rx. The arrangements were made by Walgreens not me. A complete and utter display of incompetence. Tried to sort it out on the phone, waiting over 1 hour 30 minutes before giving up. Online chat was an exercise in futility. Think Abbott and Costello "Who's on First?"

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response
