After english and no matter you ask them, they read from a scriptbuying a phone on tues aug 2, 2011 I tried to activate it on line, no go, I called the 877 3. I have called 8 times, cannot understand anyone whom answers the phone, still waiting, if could I would send it to them and tell them where to put it. Still waiting todays thursday. Please hire americans whom can speak proper english. All they do is read a script. Horrible service. They suck.

Purchased phone and $ 45 plan card, followed their instructions, waited 2 hrs and still no service - no assigned phone number. Called their "customer service" and was told that I should wait another 4 hrs. Called them back after 8 hrs - still the same problem. They told my that phone is activated but they have problem with phone numbers ( ?! ). I asked to speak with somebody who can speak English so I get some idea what is going on. Next guy just repeated the same line ( they read it from screen I guess), adding I should wait 24 hrs... I suggested shoveling damn phone in his a.. to help speed up the process. He didn't get it.
I "dropped" phone on the hardwood floor after this conversation - so tomorrow I'm returning it to the Walmart and getting my money back. ( malfunctioning device)
T-mobile has unlimited plan for $ 50, free phones and REAL customer support. What was I doing in Walmart anyway ?
