14287 Highway 231 431 N Hazel Green, AL 35750 Advance Auto Parts Store 6658. So been a loyal customer for a long time, bought transmissions, tools, and a lot of parts through the years. I ordered PAG 46 oil online and said it was ready to pick up in 30 min. I went to store to get it and no oil in store inventory wrong. Usually not a problem, they would order me one and fix the inventory. Today the c team was working, you know the ones that don't know cars and don't want to work. So I asked for them to order me one and they were quite, then said your money is returned. So went to oriellys about a block away never been there before, they were nice and helpful I do believe I found my new parts store. The quality of service has gone down at advanced auto.
Desired outcome: ordered me a can and fix the inventory and be nice not rude to a customer that is in the store around 3 days a week.
