Approximately 3 weeks ago we purchased a coil part #12413124 to replace in our 2013 Malibu Chevy LTZ. We were headed out to Myrtle Beach this morning and to experience the same problem that we occurred 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, we cancelled our vacation. Because of faulty Coil, who would think the part would be "BAD AND ONLY LAST 3 WEEKS.? We cancelled our vacation. We were almost stranded at Ashville. We purchased another one today as it was limited lifetime warranty - very skeptical about another one and have lost any customer confidence. We are really disappointed in the customer service. Our son at the Stone Avenue had to help the associate, on the look up for his account. Not good.!
I hope this part last longer than 3 weeks and hope that this part that was replaced is not placed back on the shelf.!
Needless to say, since our vacation was calcelled very disappointed. We are very frustrated will your business that our friend we will not be returning and share this on facebook and every other social media
