I visited Mavis on Winchester Rd. in Huntsville, AL 5/21/22 for front brake pads, rotors, rear shocks and an oil change. I had to bring my truck back after noticing the rear shocks were not tightened down fully and my front brakes were squealing. I called the location and told them, told them the issues and I would be returning in the next week. I returned 6/11/22 to the same location. They warranty everything out and changed everything. 1st day without a vehicle...
Brakes were still squealing after I left but I needed my vehicle then my stepmother passed, then my father passed 3 weeks later. I called them and told them I would be bring my truck in due to pads still squeaking. I return to the same location 12/10/22 at 8am. I was told they will warranty the pads out and upgrade them to platinum. I dropped my truck off at 8am 12/10/22. I told them the pads need to be upgraded and I needed them to look at my front end that it was squeaking when I hit bumps, as the ball joints might need lubed... I never received a call, I called the store at 3pm. Im told the pads will be delivered at 4pm. I still haven't receive a call, its 4:40pm, store closes at 5pm. I call the store again at 4:40pm. Im told the pads never came, that it will have to be tomorrow. All day and nothing got done. So I get a ride to pick my truck up.
I return to the same location 12/11/22 at 8am. No vehicle again all day. I didn't receive a call all day. I call the store at 3:30pm and the guy says "I was just about to call you, Your truck is ready" This location and many other are unorganized. Its a total mess and lack of communication. So, as I was getting my documents together to make a complaint, I notice a charge on the 1st bill for something I never agreed to. $79.99 Brake system flush I did not agree to and was not brought to my attention. I was only aware of pads, rotors, rear shocks, and oil change. No one told me anything about brake system flush and I know that was not needed. I'd like a refund. For wasting 3 days of my time for one day of work, for lack of communication, for being unprofessional, and for not having some sort of system in place on helping customers in a timely manner and mainly for charging me $79.99 for something I never agreed to.
