My order has been in the making over a month this was an exchange all I am getting is a run around no one gives me a straight answer on when they will be done and delivered to the store in mobile al. I am very angry with you all right now I have used you for several years now this is bull crap! My exchange number on the internet was saying dispensed then they told me in customer service they were reordered today which is another two weeks but could turn into another month I want my glasses asap top priority I have been inconvenienced long enough I was given this by some foreigner a new order number that when I look it up it says it does not exist. #52215256
I am tired of the run around and put off. Let me know about my order the right number and all. I am considering a lawsuit if this happens to turn into another month of wait for my exchange glasses. Regards, Teresa Connell
