I got an email for $59 with free exam. I booked my appt through the email for the Stanton location at 112 S University Ave, Little Rock.
I get there and tell the receptionist about the email. And she has to check on it, goes back and forth talking to someone in the other room. Comes back and says they don't have access to that promotion. Doesn't say anything else just stares at her screen. I ask how much the eye exam would be, She says the eye exam is 69. Plus, the cost of the glasses.
She didn't try to help or make suggestions or anything.
I went to look up other places I could get a new pair of glasses, and another promotion came up for that specific location, for glasses for 79 with free exam. Why did she not offer that? I would have gone ahead and paid the extra 20. But since she didn't, I'm going to go to Success Vision and pay 79 for 2 pair of glasses.
This is the 2nd time something like this has happened. I didn't get my last glasses from them, but thought I'd give them 1 more chance and this happened.
