We arrived at about 5:15 and waited until after 6:00 and never received our food. The restaurant was not overly busy. Many tables that were seated after us got their orders and left while we still sat. We asked three wait staff to please check on our order with no response .We asked a manager to check and after about 15 minutes she came back and said our ticket had been lost and they had not even started our meal. The four of us got up and left and just ate super at the concessions stand at my nephews football game that night. We had driven two hours and were looking forward to a great pregame meal instead we received horrible service and no food.
Cracker Barrel - Service
This is the second time we have eaten at this location. We are extremely unhappy with the service. Our waitress, on both occasions, never came back to our table to see if we needed anything or refill our glasses. We had to ask another waitress to go find our waitress today because we had finished eating for about 10 minutes. It still took 5 or more minutes for her to come. We were there at 9:39 am. There were many empty tables so it was not crowded at all. Plus my order on the ticket was wrong however I did not notice until I got home. I should've been charged for a $4.99 breakfast but was charged $6.38. how is that possible?
