On 08/05/2024 I took my 87 Year old Father to your restaurant located at
825 Marketplace Blvd, Trenton, NJ after visiting the cemetery to see my Mother for her birthday. My Father ordered the steak meal. When I say that my Father could not even chew the steak because it was all fat and gristle. It was horrible watching him pick the fat out of his mouth. When I advised our server of the issue with the steak, nothing was done and was not seen by a manager or nothing. When the bill came he charged the full amount for the steak $21.95. I take my Father to your restaurant because he loves it and has always enjoyed going there. Unfortunately this trip was a very big let down for him. Any questions can be directed to me. Thank You

You did everything right — could've been worse if you hadn’t spoken up about that steak. It’s disappointing when a place that’s usually a favorite drops the ball like this, especially on a day that was meant to be special for your father. Hopefully, they recognize the need to make this right and bring back the experience you’ve come to expect.
