I placed an order on Friday, 2/4/2022 for curbside pickup. When I arrived at the establishment, I notified the facility that I had arrived through the app. I was instructed to flash my lights and my order would be right out. There were a couple other vehicles waiting to pick up their orders at the time, as well.
I sat outside the establishment 40 minutes waiting on my order. It was sleeting really hard, so I decided to go inside to check on my order. When I arrived inside, my order was sitting on a rack up front and there were 2 girls standing there chatting and laughing. I told them I had been waiting for 40 minutes on my order and one of the girls grabbed my order from the rack, said "I'm sorry", handed me the order and returned to chatting with the other girl.
I received the order only to learn it was cold. Nothing in the order was eatable. It's sad to know the service at this location was so poor and people have time to stand around chatting while customers await their orders.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a formal apology, and a replacement order from the establishment.
