On June 3rd myself & 3 kids checked in at around 3:45p at Fairfield Inn & Suite Jonesboro Ar. 1st was given wrong room. I booked a room for 2 queen beds. Was given room 122 1 king size bed. There is 4 people
Myself & 2 nephews & 1 niece. I brought them up to swim that was only reason we came up here. It said in the description the pool is 3ft -7ft. No it's not its 4 1/2 ft that's it. There was 8 kids in pool under 13 with no adult supervision. The front desk did move us to room 303 1king bed 1 1 twin pull out couch. Not what I booked. We went to eat came back got in pool about 7:30. The water was like ice. I couldn't get in it. Then 8 kids showed back up. One of them [censored] in the pool & blood was in pool. I called front desk from pool area told lady she said all she could do was close pool. I paid 160.00 to swim. Now these unattended kids have threw up & [censored] in pool. I have pictures. I want my money back this is unacceptable for a hotel. I have pictures of this it doesn't look like pictures. But some should have come closed pool or at least cleaned the stuff up. This is awful the family on 4th floor had same experience husband wife 2 kids they were given wrong room as well. They are talking to Manager in the morning. I am also but someone needs to do something about this. Other guess we're not told about the [censored] and throw up till they found it and there were upset. I am going to include pictures with this someone needs to give me my money back. That pool needs cleaned and floors need cleaned as well. Taking pictures in the morning as well. Desired outcome: I want my money refunded. I want be back. Because the person at front desk never came looked at pool or [censored] in & out of pool. So $200.00 for waste of my money on room.
