Kampgrounds Of America [KOA] - Flea and mosquito infestation

My wife, dog and I stayed at the Memphis KOA and we were infested with fleas and mosquitos. We didn’t know at the time that we were being bitten by fleas. We thought it was mosquitos because there were so many of them. I have at least 500 bites on myself and our dog was infested with fleas. I know that it was at the Memphis location because we came home after that. I took our dog to get groomed when we got home and was informed that he was covered with fleas.

The Memphis location has standing stagnant water in a ditch that runs the length of the property adjacent to a farmer’s field.

Our rig was infested with fleas, and now our home is also infested with fleas. We have had the dog flea dipped and our home sprayed for the infestation.

I have bites all over my body and the itching is almost intolerable.

I have been using calamine lotion and dermaplast to help with the itching.

I included pictures of only my arms and legs but the bites are all over my body.

Desired outcome: I would like the site to spray for the infestations, an apology, our money back, and payment for my, and my wifes suffering.

We also had to have the rig sprayed for the flea infestation.
