I called the pharmacy Jan 8th, no one would answer. I proceeded to call several times during the day, all with no answer. I gave up and left a message for a two month supply as I would be traveling abroad. I left prescription # and explained that I needed the final two refills. I am NOT insured so I am able to obtain two months if need be. It was done before, last year. I tried calling (928) 634-9338, a recording. I was connected to the pharmacy but no answer. Tried calling Sunday, Jan 9th, no answer. Tried calling a different number. I was able to speak to a snarky female who basically told me, he was by himself and to go to the store directly. I am handicapped, it's not that simple. I had to Literally beg the woman to take my name, my Day of birth, and my phone number for him to call me back regarding this prescription. She said he might call me back he might not. This is extremely unprofessional. People rely on your pharmacy. I will be pulling my prescriptions from the store as I no longer feel Fry's gives a hoot about it's customers.
Desired outcome: Hire an additional employee
