I purchased a mattress set from Conn's Furniture store on 75th Ave & Thomas in Phoenix, Az in mid February of 2022. The first thing that I did not like is the customer service when I went to purchase the mattress set. The rep who helped me seemed like he did not want me to assist me and kept walking away instead of assisting me in making a purchase. I asked him if the mattress I was getting was a good quality and would not cause me back problems because the mattress I already had was causing me back problems. The rep assured me the mattress was a good quality mattress and would not cause me more issues with my back. He also said if I had any problems that there was a manufacturer warranty that would cover me. So I ended of purchasing the mattress set which cost me $1300. Less than two weeks later after having the mattress I ended up feeling like the mattress was sinking in when laying on it. At first I thought it was me but constantly had to move to different sides of the mattress to keep from feeling like I was sinking into the bed. After two weeks I called Conn's to let them know this was happening but they told me I had to file a claim. When I filled out the claim, it had all these ridiculous questions, had me doing bed measurements. I felt this was ridiculous for something that was less than two weeks old. Anyways, I decided to follow their process and submitted my claim. They had a person show up to my house after submitting my claim to measure my bed while I was working. He took a few pictures of the bed without me laying in the bed to see if the bed sinked in but I was working and could not show him how the bed sinked in when I was laying on it. He said he would submit the pictures he took to the company and they would be in touch. A couple weeks later I receive an email from the company saying that the bed met their manufacturer standards and my claim was denied. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from this company, they will take your money and sell you terrible products and you will be stuck with a bill and a bad product. They don't care about their customers. I intend to let every person I know about my terrible experience with this company so that you won't be conned out of your money. Their name fit them, they are con artist.
