I called in December 29 it is now February. They have been out 6 times and still can not fix my washing machine. Twice I was told it needed parts but the last 2 times the guy came out and told me that he would call the manufacturer and get back with me. This last time he asked me to call the manufacturer and see if I couldn't get some answers.. I work nights and you have created a nightmare for me because in order to be awake for your techs that are supposed to call between 7-9 and never do...I then lose my entire nights sleep. Once there was even a complete no show...no call no email. I have lost 7 nights of sleep and had to work and then take care of my special needs son all while not having a washing machine since December 29th. I paid a lot for my warranty and I was told my warranty is only good for A YEAR? They were supposed to start it the year after the manufacturers warranty and instead they started it WHILE it was under the manufacturers 1 year warranty. I'm very upset. The last time the guy was here he did the same exact thing as he did the last time he was here which was tell me he had to call the manufacturer. So why did I even have to wait up for him this last time if he knew he didn't have any new news for me? This is crazy. They have been out 1/2, 1/8, 1/15, 1/20 NO call but showed up when i already went to sleep, 1/24 NO SHOW NO CALL, 1/29 no call just showed up when I was already asleep after waiting hours, 1/31 showed but had no answers, 2/6 showed and again had no answers. I do not want to spend another moment having to call again or it disrupting my sleep. I sleep from 5am to 11am. This is beyond rediculous. My machine that i paid a fortune for is not even 2 years old. My warrany that I paid a fortune for is useless thus far. My name is Wanda Doty @ [protected]
Claimed loss: I've paid over $200 using the laundromat.
Desired outcome: I want my washer fixed or to be given a new one. And I want some kind of compensation for the money I have had to spend. I do not want the tech to come back and tell me he has to call the manufacturer. That should have been done weeks ago.

Conn's Home Plus - sofa and loveseat
I bought furniture (Sofa and Love Seat), I had it about 4 months the LoveSeat start fading. I have a warranty on my furniture, so I call in made a claim on it. They send a man out to look at it, he said the furniture is no good, got an email back stating that my claim had been denied. I talk to a lady from corporate office she told me it nothing that can do about it, and I just had it for 4 months she say yes. When back to the store where I got the furniture from one of the manager talking about the sunlight might have did it, but it should not have start fading. The general manager told me to call the company that made the furniture, which I did it right in the store and let the general manager hear what the lady was saying. She said they do not have any thing to do with conns customer have to talk to conns corporate. All the general manager did was gave me the number to conns. I will not let this go cause its not right 4 months in the furniture is no good, somone is going to help get this resolve. I been hearing about complaints about conns, now its happen to me.
