My name is Eva, I'm a 68 years old, Hispanic nurse who went to CVS store located at 1610 E Camelback Phoenix, AZ on 11/22/2021. It started when I politely said hello to a CVS young black lady employee : Mia, who was stacking items, she angrily respond me "what do you want?" in an angry tone which surprise me and when ask location of an item she angrily respond me "you don't see is over there?" point it the location. When I return home I realize I have a $6 dollar coupon for a $30 of shopping and because I spend $45 dollars I returned to the CVS store and Ms Mia was now in the cashier section, she never greet me as I procced to explain about my coupon she denied give me credit in spite to showing her my receipt and coupon which was good to use til today. She still showing in her face her unhappiness told me I must to bring all the items back to the store so she can ringed it, I ask for the manager and she angrily said that she is the manager; so I had to buy $35 extra more items to validate my coupon and when arrive again in the paying line she was talking about me to a young client who was facing me as Mia didn't realize that I was behind her listening how to refer me to "that woman" as the client was telling her to be patient and that everybody has their bad days, which I think was unethical and not even say good bye. I will never return to this store anymore and I will stop my carepass (paying $10/month) and will shop at Walgreens.
Desired outcome: She has to learn how to treat seniors and leave her anger home unless it is a racial issue in spite that I'm hispanic I look 85% Asian and I heard from my colleagues that Black people hate Asian.s

the coupon part um they cant give you the amount listed after you make a purchase. you need the coupon with you before you purchase things. that i believe is in any store the policy. CVS has special machines around the store that can print your coupons if i recall right that are currently awarded to you for redemption.
as for her greeting to you and her manor in how you explain she was having a bad day. yes she should have not spoken like that about you to others.
