As I am a long term customer with long history of prescriptions for Tramadol. Would LOVE to know why you do not have your pharmacists reach out to customers to notify them of a FOUR day delay in PAIN medications. Is it truly so time consuming to call the customer on the day the script came in (workday /Friday) to let them know that the DEA controll medication would be delayed and a NEW script would have to be submitted to a different Walgreens to be filled timely. Oh of course not! No instead let's just use our useless application to tell them it's delayed BUT don't say by how long. Let the customer be in pain and make them call us multiple times to try get through only to find out on a weekend that they are [censored] out of luck getting pain meds filled until possibly sometime Monday (MAYBE). Because the Staff at Walgreens and the Corporation that owns it could NOT care one iota about the customers pain. We only care about $. Well done Walgreens, mission accomplished. God help any seniors who don't know how to get through your useless frustrating system and play this frustrating game. I'll be moving all my meds especially the upcoming surgery scripts to Costco. Also my eldery mothers meds will be moved too. Finally had enough of this BS by indifferent uncaring individuals and no more stress and suffering because your staff truly does not give a f#ck about customers.
Desired outcome: Too late. Just letting you know you do not deserve my patronage.
