Bad customer service I have never experienced. I had my 4th treatment on 01/05/2019 for my laser hair remove at Ideal Image at 4343 N Oracle Road, Suite #189, Tucson, AZ: 85704. I signed contract for full package 9 treatments for my under arms and brizillian hair remove. My appointment was at 9 am. Unfortunately, I came late 14 minutes because I am not familiar with the way to get there. I got lost twice then I was driving. (Normally, my husband drove me there). I met with nurse Kim at 9:17 and apologized her for my lateness. She told me it was ok, and she would do what she could because they were fully booked. She left the room for me to take my clothes off. When she came back in, I told her that it would be ok if she just did the under arms areas for me, and I would come back another day for the brizillian because I didn't want her to be rush on the service. Then she said, she was ok to do both for me because I do not need to laser my groin line areas. Then, I address her the same concern that I had addressed on my 3rd treatment with the other nurse about small missing treatment areas of my brizillian laser. The previous nurse answered me in very kind and nice manner. That nurse totally agreed with me that it is easily for them to miss some very small areas down there because of the skin down there. That nurse asked me on my coming treatments, I should ask other nurses to pull the skill down there out and do it thoroughly for me. Then, I told nurse Kim that I still see that there are some small areas I still feel like the laser had not touched it yet, because after 3 treatments, the hair grows back right after the next day, and it was exactly the same when I had not had any treatments before. Of course, I can tell the difference between treated areas and untreated areas. And I asked her, "for example, if after 9 treatments, there are still some missing treated areas, will you extend some more treatments for me to make my hair completely go away and make sure all the areas I paid for are treated". Nurse Kim just didn't like it. She showed attitude to me and answered like she was yelling at me. She even raised her voice to me. She told me things that I was not told in my consulting meeting. She said that this is not because they missed treating any areas. It depends on hair color red, white, black, brown. There is color that the laser cannot read and see and there is untreatable hair. Also, she said "We will not give you any more treatments after the 9 one, and we never guarantee that you will be hair free after 9 treatments. If you feel like to need more treatments, you can use your lifetime membership and pay for a flat fee". I was shock about what she said because I was told completely different with what she said. They told that I feel be hair free after 9 treatments, no more shaving, and they didn't told me that I have to pay a cover fee together with my life time membership when I need to see them again. I just honestly told her that I was never told like this before. She replied me with attitude that, "I don't know. I wasn't there when you were consulted, so I don't know what you were talking about. If you don't have the contract any more, we can reprint you one". She talked with very unpleased tone. After that, she did for me very fast and ignored my pain. While I asked her to stop for a little bit because I was too painful. She said and raise her voice impolitely, "It was not because of me. It is because of the laser level. There is nothing I can do about it." I told her that I understand, but could she please do it slower and give a little break each time, which I already mentioned to her at the beginning. While she was doing the laser for me, she leaned her armed on my right leg, and pressed her elbow strongly on it, which made me feel more painful, and which I have never experienced with the other 3 nurses before. After this treatment was done, she told me to call them if there are any problems after this treatment because it was at higher level. I asked her what kinds of symptoms that other customer normally experience. She just tried to answered it very fast that I could hear her at all. Then, she went out without saying anything else and closed the door strongly in front of me. (Which other nurses, who did for me before normally said they will see me outside, they smiled and closed the door gently). I know that it was my fault because I came late. But I did tell that I can come back on another day for my brizillian laser. I don't force you to do it for me, so please treat me correctly if you accept to do it on your own.
Before, I planned that if Ideal Image do a good job on me, I will come back for ther services with them, and I even introduced them to my friends, and one of my friends now is their customer. But now, I think this is my first and last time to be their customer, and I will tell this experience with Ideal Image to every woman I meet. I don't mind to pay more to get better service, and of course, I believe there are much better places than this. I suggest that every single business should not have an employee like Nurse Kim. Please don't let a worm ruin your soup.
To the business itself - Ideal Image. Please be honest with our customer at the beginning. Don't try to take their money first, and then do and tell them the opposite things against your promise. You can lie to customers one time, but we are not silly to be your joke second time and after. Getting as much customers as possible and just for the first time without keeping them come back. I would just like to say Good luck with your business that way. This is not how a business succeeds.
