I purchased 4 new tires for my 2004 ford f250 super duty diesel with the mounting and balancing. Recently upon washing my truck I noticed no wheel weights on any of my 4 tires. I came in to store 585 in beaumont california and spoke with on duty manager ken about this. He told me I would have to wait 1 hour to 1 and a half hours to get to it. Being that I feel they made a safety mistake, I told him i'd like him to get to my truck next since I already had to wait when I bought my tires. Long story short, he said no. I explained that I feel that whoever did the work made a big error and if he didn't get to my truck I would make the complaint. I just wanted him to get to my truck and let me be on my way. He said the person who did the work was one of the managers (named Brandon S M on my receipt bearing invoice number [protected]/ work order number [protected]). Ken told me that this isn't a safety issue... I don't believe him and want both of them written up for belittling my situation. If the tires aren't balanced they can cause uneven wear and tear, possibly popping and maybe other damages including the need to buy tires sooner, so now it's a monetary issue. Please rectify this situation and inform me why I should continue buying tires from you in the future. Thank you, David... [protected]
