I arrived at the above location for my appointment to rotate my tires. I canceled the rotation of tires after the following was observed: I watched your employee get into my Prowler with dirt, grease, and oil on his uniform's back, no effort was made to cover/protect my seat. I indicated on my appointment I would wait while the work was done. The employee called my house located 60 mins away and left a message, " Do you want the rear tires rotated to the front?" (See attached photo - The rear tires obviously would never fit on the front) I decided to watch and walked over to my vehicle. Thats when I was told the employee just called my house. I observed him damage the plastic cap when he removed it. (two of the five tabs were snapped off and it could no longer be attached). Informed the employee to stop. I did not want to risk any more damage done to the other 3 caps. The employee with dirt, grease, and oil was about to get back into my vehicle and back out. He seemed surprised when I asked him not to. I would like the cap to be replaced.
Claimed loss: 70.00
Desired outcome: Replace the broken part
