On 6-3-2023, I shopped at Vons store 2701. After leaving the store, I noticed a charge for 5 recyclable bags. I always bring my own. Time on receipt is 14:02.
This is not the first time, I am never asked if I need bags. One can clearly see that I brought my own bags. I spend over $200 every week in groceries. Is this a new policy of some kind? If so, I will stop bringing my own reusable bags. Perhaps, I need to shop elsewhere. Others tell me that they do not have that problem at their grocery store.
