I purchased this product with the confidence that I would be totally satisfied. I grew up eating Hillshire Farms and enjoyed various products. I am now a senior and felt that I could still rely on the quality of these products. Unfortunately that has changed since I purchased these Hot Links. I cooked my link and the moment I bit into it I was a bone fragment inside of my meet. NOT GOOD! especially since I purchased this product during the CORONAVIRUS outbreak where items are unavailable and I'm in the high risk group of seniors who have been advised to avoid going out to crowds. I was depending on these links to help me get through the food shortage. I'm now afraid to eat the rest of the links. Please address this issue immediately.

My beef lit'l smokies have been coming in 2 different types: (1) overcooked dried out & (2) plump and normal cooked. I have purchased these overcooked smokies (unbeknownst to me) on several occasions during these past few months. Quality assurance at the factories need to keep their standards hight. Customer service is very sensitive to customer comments.
