McDonald's

On May 21, 2023, my son and I stopped by Mcdonald's for a Sundae treat. I ran inside to order and make sure I will be served the treat exactly how we like it. I told the server to add more fudge under and over the ice cream for both orders. I paid $8.96 and waited patiently while I heard him tell the girl how I wanted my orders. I was served both Sundaes with minimal hot fudge and only a tiny bit of chocolate on the top. I very kindly reminded him of my order and how we wanted more fudge than the ice cream and how I wanted it distributed on our Sundae (top and bottom). he looked very confused and called on the manager who was very rude to me stating that I didn't pay extra for the hot fudge and she will not be making me the correct order unless I pay the extra amount for the hot fudge. I asked for my refund and she gladly gave me my refund instead of taking her time to make sure I was happy with the service. I was very disappointed that they would rather toss out the Sundays in the trash instead of making a sale.

these employees need to not just listen to people ordering specific requests rather than just hear us make sure we get what we asked for. On this day my son and I stopped by to treat ourselves to a hot fudge sundae after long hours of being on a job.
