I signed up on-line for the Pfizer Covid vaccine and I received Moderna. I was treated poorly and forced to wait 45 minutes for the shot. the pharmacy assistant used the same pair of gloves she had been wearing all during the time I was in the pharmacy. She had handled money, credit cards and received and distributed a shipment of medication with those gloves on. I've received several shots at Safeway pharmacy and the experience is professional, timely and accurate. When I spoke up about the great delay in receiving the scheduled shot, the pharmacy assistant told me once the shot was completed, I should leave the store and NEVER return. Given the state of the store: low inventory, terrible physical condition of the structure and the surliness of the pharmacy staff, I will abide by the admonishment.
Desired outcome: I want the correct vaccine.
I arrived at 10:50 am for an 11:00 am appointment. There were two people in the pharmacy: an assistant and the pharmacist. There were six people ahead of me. I was rudely told to wait my turn. I waited until 11:20 and still not being served, I asked about when I would receive the vaccination. I was rudely told again to sit down and wait. The assistant and pharmacist blamed corporate CVS for the understaffing. The assistant also took in a delivery ahead of my appt. When I was finally up for receipt of the vaccination the assistant did not change her gloves. She had been handling money, credit cards and a shipment of goods with dirty plastic delivery containers. I was appalled at this complete lack of hygiene. I had waited 40 minutes for the shot so I went ahead. While administering the shot the assistant told me she never wanted to see me in the store again which given the treatment I received, I willing will adhere to the admonition. The pharmacist is not blameless in this episode of unprofessional behavior since she was shouting across the room at myself and other customers loudly blaming "corporate" for the poorly run facility. This store is dirty, poorly stocked and includes and inept staff at all levels.

My prescriptions keep falling through the cracks, randomly stop being delivered, get wrong refills dates on them and nobody at the store where I live ever has an explanation. Something very wrong is going on with CVS, its management, or computer systems. I've been in line behind others who are having the same problems. This is an ongoing problem.
