In-N-Out Burger

I went through the drive thru the night before last. First of all, it took me over 30 minutes to make my order because the drive thru was packed. I would have gotten out and ordered inside but I had my kids, as well as my nieces and nephews and the inside was more crowded than the drive thru. Combined with the long wait, my food was thrown in my bag and buried under ketchup packages and napkins. Besides being sloppily packaged to go, my order was wrong. My fries were cold by the time I got out of the drive thru onto the street and my sodas were watered down with too much ice. Two of my burgers were overly cooked and not prepared the way I asked. I purchased 2 # 1's and 4# 2's. For the price and the wait, I was not satisfied with my visit. I purchased food that my family and I did not enjoy. I visit In N Out very often, that's why I am disappointed. I work very hard for my money so, when I decide to take my family out to eat, I expect quality services to be rendered. I'll always love In N Out, I just want to be treated right and fairly.
