This is the only second time I've eaten at this location due to the busyness of the location. I went in and there wasn't even a line I was very surprised at that one person in front of me. So as I went to the counter I was treated very pleasantly from the person behind the counter very nice young lady. He asked me how I was doing I said fine she was doing she replied good I proceeded to order a number one or a double-double combo paid for my order and then sit down and waited. with it not being that busy I was very surprised it took quite a while to get my order but the drive up line was very long that's why I decided to go inside. I'm getting my order I decided to eat it inside instead of taking it with me cuz I looked around and saw the seats available. First bite into the sandwich was very good I took another bite it seemed to be fine. Upon putting ketchup on my fries and taking a bite of my fries they seemed to be not exactly hot but not exactly Frozen but they did seem to be stale. So I did not finish them I did not take them to the counter and say anything to anybody cuz by then the line had grown significantly. So I finished my burger and about 3/4 of the way in I noticed that it wasn't cooked all the way which didn't seem right how can a burger be cooked on one side and then be partially raw on the other side I had already most of the burgers I went ahead and finished it. I usually don't make complaints about restaurants but this did kind of set me off as I've eaten it good times at various locations. California Las Vegas and now Colorado I usually had very good experiences at your restaurants.

Desired outcome: I would prefer to get a refund or maybe a gift certificate for another double double combo. Thank you for the concideration of a refund.
