Western Dental Services - automatic billing updater

I called this office on 10/12/2019 around 1:20 pm for my billing updated. She said can not do that and try to give me another number to call. I asked her if she sure can not do that? I believe she was getting rage and hang-up. To Western Dental. This person is unprofessional customer services. Should i deserve to have service with Western Dental with the kind of very rude and so temper of this kind of person services?

Western Dental Services - balance billing

I went in for braces and they told me I needed a cleaning which was $80 that I paid due to the fact that I had no insurance. Told me I had 7 cavities! I’ve never even have had cavities before it was going be to be over $1000, but I was able to make a monthly payment. As soon as I got home I filed for Medical and got medical that same month, so it was going to cover all my expenses. The lady in the front said that when she swiped the medical card it wasn’t showing that it would cover. My mom works at the welfare office and was looking at my file that exact second. Once I told her my mom was on my file all of a sudden it was showing that it would approve. They told me I do not need to make payments. This was early February and now it is April and Western Dental Collections keeps calling me and saying I owe them. I called the western dental office and they told me they fixed it, this has happened for times them, “fixing it” but within a week I’m getting more calls. They told me they put my balance at zero, and said if insurance doesn’t pay I will have to owe without late fees. Yet, they still call. I finally called medical and they told me that they already paid it all off. I DO NOT recommend western dental! Now, I am currently waiting for my $80 plus first months payment $100 reimbursement.

I will not use this facility anymore. I was charge for services which I never asked for or received.
My crown is poorly done and doesn't not fit properly. There is huge gap on both sides of my tooth. Every time I eat, tons of food get stuck in those gaps. Also there is a big bump behind my tooth causing me to have speech impediment. I told the dentist all about it and all was ignore. The dental insurance representatives are all so damn lazy and won't do anything for me. What can they do? nothing. Now I have to pony up another $1500 for a crown to be made right.

God Bless for complaint board (dot) com where I can air the wrong done to be.
