I called in multiple times to order a couple pairs of what used to be my fav denim. After speaking to 3 different call centre "customer service" employees I still do not have my purchase and nobody seems to care including the vp e-commerce. I live in vancouver bc and have never had a problem trying to ship to canada until now. I called in to place my order over the phone and have it shipped to deming wa next day as I was going to be there to receive my purchase, jamie took the address wrong and ups could not deliver next day. All the call centre e-commerce staff including manager jamie and her vp christopher were closed minded and really had no idea how to help me. Paid for the next day shipping and am back in canada with no purchase in hand. Paige denim will get all my money going forward. Your entire call centre organization needs customer service training and coaching. Service was appalling.
