They will not stop calling me, even though I've asked them to stop. They came out to my house to give a long presentation and then came out a second time to give me a quote. I didn't like their sales techniques and told them that I was going with another company. That was back in December, and they've called me every month since then--and it's now July!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I agree. They're agressive and relentless. The call from a number that Caller ID identifies as "Cellular Call" and when I asked to be removed from their list or place on their "Do Not Call" list - they hang up on me.
