Your security guard ran out of the store in ran up to me Yelling at me what you gonna do what you gonna do when you're going to shoot me with occasionally you gotta do all this a little bit. You're a big bad man, huh he scared the s*** out of me Do anything to him? I don't know what the f*** y** just wanted to do. All I know is that he should not work for you. Because I will be suing you guys if he still has a job That's bullying that's discrimination I don't know but it's aasult It's something I'm calling you attorney tomorrow. If you still have a job best, believe me, you'll be hearing from me. This happened from 9-10pm This is how you treat paying customers. I well not be shopping at your store. And i'm a fellow merchandiser slash auditor And if they get me one of your stores I'm giving you a bad review, sorry.

I went shopping at Vons today and the. total was just a little bit under $85.00. I provided my Vons club card and recieved a 15 cent discount. I didn't purchase that much but what got me was I was 18 cents short and they would not let me slide. They would not. My mother has been coming to this Vons since as long as I could remember and I'm 50 years old. They made me feel very discriminated. I don't believe 18 cents short of 85$ and they wouldn't let it slide. I was embarrassed

I have been a costumer for Vons for a very long time but it they don’t start getting their act together I will stop and so will many others due the reason they are asking costumers for donations to help ukrain…. I am Armenian and in 2020 when Azerbaijan attacked the Armenian villages killing civilians, children and women, ukrain was helping with weapons and money to Azerbaijan. And now that Russia attacked them they asking for help and why we have to help it’s their problem. They provoked for the Russians to attack and that’s karma for them attacking Armenian and killing innocent civilians.

The store in Mission Hills staff are extremely rude, I have been hung up on, told to just "live with it" and cursed at. This store charges me for special bulk orders, does not deliver and then keeps our money unless we complain. Then we have to wait 7 business days and multiple calls to get it resolved. Why have a bulk purchase program that never works and rude employees who do not care.

I picked up a bowl of the prepacked Steakhouse Chili from their Soup counter on 11/23/2018 around 9pm at 10321 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills CA 91345. I was about to open the plastic seal when I noticed a green mold floating on top of the soup. I checked the expiration or the best consumption date on the bottom of the bowl and it is dated 1/23/2019. This is not only disgusting but it danger to public health. In my opinion, recycling old food is one of the store best practice. Pls tell me how can a mold grows in a freshly made soup ? You just lost a good customer.
