Went to Fashion Nova store in Montebello to do a return I received through the mail. Some of my items could not be returned in store because I guess their return policy. The items that could be returned I chose to return them and receive credit to use online. The cashier did not credit me for all my items being returned in store and kept the item. So I basically did not receive the refund for an item that the cashier kept. I’ve been trying to call the store and no answer. I emailed Fashion Nova the receipt I received from the cashier and also the packing slip that was in my order I received via the mail. I would like my credit for the item the cashier kept.
Desired outcome: Credit me for my item that was kept
Fashion Nova - Delayed package
I ordered a jacket from fashion nova a little bit over a month ago and it's been saying that it's been delayed for the last 3 weeks every time I check on the tracking number which is https://tracking.fashionnova.com/tracking/fashionnova/UDS?tracking_numbers=UDS625379771&service=ST&category=men&order_number=64086047&ozip=90670&dzip=60402&nosto-merchant-id=shopify-2939277
I've emailed them too and they said they can't do anything about it since the package is in transit.
Desired outcome: To receive the jacket/package.

Fashion Nova - clothing
I was given a conformation of order received. Then a confirmation of order shipped. I then received a "order is expected to deliver tomorrow" and it never showed. I have 3 tracking numbers, and none of them work. One for Fashion Nova, one for UPS, and one for RRD. Shipment is supposed to arrive in 7-10 days, it has now been 12. I spent over $300 on this order, items being that which are for a company Christmas party, which now are arriving past the date of the Christmas party. I can't even get a refund, I get store credit, so I can't go and buy a new Christmas dress. Other fact is I purchased this on sale at 50% off for Black Friday and now will not get that same promotion with the store credit. Not happy at all and if this is not resolved in a proper manner I will be telling all of my friends to not shop here anymore, and I will stop as well.
Fashion Nova - poor customer service
I drove from Sacramento to LA..expecting to see/find a plethora of clothes like there is online. Instead, I was met with a bunch of no's. "No we don't have this and "no we can't take this back"and "no, you can't use your Fashion Nova gift card here in the Fashion Nova store." It was the worse store experience I've ever had. I will NEVER go back to the store again...and once I am able to actually use my gift card...I don't plan on patronizing this business again and will spread the word as well to EVERYONE I know!

Fashion Nova - order no shipping email received
I ordered from fashion nova over 2 months ago, I received a confirmation email and shortly after that I received an email about delay for my order if I want to cancel I can click a button and it's cancelled. I waited out the 10 days but haven't received a shopping mail then I cancelled. It was cancelled but never reiceivex my money back nor the order... This is horrible now really. On 11/26
And 12/3 both orders are confirmed but no shipping mail received, I also can't talk with someone on the phone...
Is not cool, I wait out the 10 days of delay
And I hope I will get an shipping email by then... Fashion nova I need my clothes or my money back for 3 items..
