On April 9, 2022 at the Safeway in Oakland, CA at 51st and Broadway, at about 6:30-7:00 a female security guard took it upon herself to move or give away a woman's bicycle on the basis of assumption that the woman was somehow romantically involved with another man who she further assumed to be "stealing." As ridiculous as this sounds, it's true. The woman is somewhat dependant on the use of the bicycle for mobility, so to hide the bicycle from where she, in fact had been allowed to place inside the front of the store upon entering, and after her purchase, she had been left without the bicycle she depends on. The female security guard then continued to lie as well claim that the man she accused of theft as to being responsible of the bicycle which still hasn't been returned to the rightful owner. I'm sure there must be CC footage of the front of the store that will discover some idea of who misplaced the bicycle and more, some idea of where the bicycle went thereafter. Because, again, the woman needs the bicycle for her assistance in mobility. Thank you.
Desired outcome: For the poor woman's bicycle returned to her, and appropriate action from Safeway for the security guards inappropriate and insensitive actions

I shop at this Safeway 4-6 times a week, depending on needs. Almost every single time, i am overcharged! Sometimes I catch it before I've paid and have them correct it on the spot, which is usually done with hesitation and confusion, but they do it just to get rid of me! Other times i miss it and either have to come back and deal with a manager or customer service. NOBODY, and i mean nobody follows the actual price accuracy policy there! Today, I stepped from cashier line, looked at receipt and had to step straight into line at customer service. Lady there gave me a hard time about the price/item first, saying maybe it was the wrong bread -it wasn't! - or maybe i had already used it as it was a 1 time only price - i hadn't as the sale had JUST started today and i just selected it in the app 15 minutes prior to buying it! Then i gave her 2nd receipt from a few nites ago from an item that has a big sign advertising it's ever day low price as $2.99 but is ringing up as $3.99. I took a photo of the display to show her. In both cases she gave me the difference in price back. She did not give me any items free! Last nite, i made a special trip for the 48oz turkey for its last nite on sale for $5.97. It rang up $8.99. It took 10 minutes and 2 cashiers but they "corrected" the price by subtracting $4 as a coupon. Yep. $4. Because they can't do basic math either! I should have gotten the correct price AND a $5 gift card! Or should I have been a [censored], let her complete the transaction, and THEN told her to be sure to get that gift card? Idk. But I'm so sick of being overcharged! And having to fight to get them to understand and honor their own policy! Safeway! Inform your employees and get a few that smile and say hello now and then too! Sheesh! It's getting bad st this store!
