Safeway

I cannot access internet in your Safeway store on College Ave in Oakland Ca. There is a free internet that I can sometimes connect to but it is so slow it does not assist in the shopping process. With this pitiful free Safeway interne, I cannot access my Alexa shopping list nor can I see any available deals in my account. It is really what people refer to as a crap shoot. It has worked maybe 2 times out of a year's worth of shopping there. I have to walk out of the store to check my list or even to call home to ask if we need a specific item.. Can't you do anything to make this better. In this day and age, why would you have something so archaic when quality internet availability is a basic expectation no matter where you are. Are you blocking it? I work in high rise building ins San Francisco and I can get service but as soon as I walk into your store, my phone service dies. WTF people? Food cost are too high right now to ignore this. It makes your coupon program a real joke because it is not accessible when and where you need it.
