Hello,
I signed up for a bundled service at the end of February. It included a home security. Due to work, I had to cancel the security install with intent to reschedule when I was more settled.
My bundle service was cancelled without me agreeing to that when I needed to reschedule the install. And my bill changed and raised significantly. At the time I began disputing the change in my pricing and service, I had a past due balance of $113.00, which I called to pay on may 6th. When I realized my pricing had changed - I refused to pay until it was resolved. My bill is now over $670 and past due should only be $226. I have been trying to pay the $226.00 since it is now 2 months due, but am being refused that amount. This is the amount I signed up for and I agree to pay it immediately. But, I will not pay for services or charges I did not agree to. Please assist me in this matter and return my bundle to what I originally agreed to.
I have not had service in my house for weeks and am still being charged.
I feel extremely cheated. Each time I call cox, I am passed from department to department and spend hours on the phone. Today, I have been disconnected twice. This is why I tend not to call often as it is an extremely stressful experience.
I greatly appreciate your help and am notifying you I agree to pay the correct past due of $226. Nothing more.
