(1) Last night I tried to respond to an email and ask another company why they were invoicing me when I had suspended service. Cox refused to send the message with a code starting in 'AUF" I think (meant they could no longer send to a company mail box).
What's up with that? Any time you have a dispute or need information from a company, you can no longer send them an email message from you server? What I did was to go onto my gmail auxiliary a/c and type a message noting that to respond they must contact me at Cox. How foolish!
(2) My church says in order to receive communications from them, I have to change email servers.
(3) I have spent 4 times the amount of time I spend on emails today trying to place emails in folders like "trash, spam, label a/c, etc" because the icons didn't work. Scooting them highlighted into a folder didn't work.
What is wrong? I can't go on like this. I don't have the time. I now have to spend all night working due to your failings!
I presume you want to stay in business?
(4) Every time I call you to discuss problems, I am routed around and then given the well-worn sales pitch for "Complete Care". I don't want to give you more money because you fail to do your job (which you are paid to do in the first place).
Is this sensible to your company?
This isn't BS, but you do know there are companies out there like Yahoo and Gmail that do what you do for free.
Why do I want to maintain this relationship for all the grief you are giving me?
