At 7:25 pm I arrived at the Gas station pumped gas on station 17 and sent my son into the ampm asking for 2 bills of $10 that I wanted to change for a $20 a girl Jenny had previously gave my son an attitude and so I got off and she gave me an attitude discriminated me cursed at me and then started blabbering all these nonsense so I asked the girl who came after named Nayeli to give me change and she played Jennys game as well and had me back and forth asking them for change. I told her that with that attitude she couldn’t be working as a customer service no where because her work ethic was poor and she should not be cursing at customers. She kicked me out! And started telling nonsense out of her lungs even the other customers were staring at her. Finally until an African American Lady came and told them to give me change. They finally did they had me waiting over 20 min just playing around and trying to humiliate me in front of people! I told her I would get her fired! I don’t think ampm should be represented with people ghetto and bulgar that way that can’t even respect a customer.
Desired outcome: Jenny and Nayeli are a bad representation to the name ampm , They should be fired! I strongly believe having people who are ghetto, disrespectful and bulgar with no work ethic will only bring a law suit to ampm .
