I've been trying to order for 8 days. My EBT card is being Read as CASH, I only have FOOD benefits.
I have been communicating with Customer Service, both stores in my area of Pleasant Hill, California (94523). I have a ticket number from - Customer Support Team #[protected] and NOW a Second ticket number [protected] with the promise it will be solve?
NO ONE IS LISTING TO ME. I have called CalFresh with the state of California, to find out if I have cash on my EBT card, they have verified I do not and that the issue is with your system reading my EBT card as cash and NOT as FOOD only and ask me to relay the issue to your IT department, WHICH I have done for 8 days now and still I can't complete my online order.
I am so upset that this issue has been going on for 8 days and yet to be FIXED?
