31 August 2023 6:58 PM Store #0925 purchased my weekly Thursday evening order as I have for over 4 years. Placed ordered employee started to dish out Honey Walnut Shrimp, I stopped her & said, "I ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken.". She corrected the ordered & when I paid, total was a bit higher than usual. I figured prices had increased as is normal but was tired & wanted to get home. A few days later I filled out the survey & noticed I had been charged for the wrong item. So on 7 September 2023 7:05 PM I ask for a refund of my $1.25 from last week. The manager listened & said, "there is nothing I can do because it was last month & it is a different month, you should have called that night." I explained I didn't notice until I filled out the survey later. She gave me a choice of the $1.25 or the coupon discount from the survey. Also acted as if I was trying to be dishonest. Sorry but I am a very honest person & for $1.25 I would not lie, KARMA is real for me. But it has given me a fact to pass on to everyone I know. I am not the kind of person who will get back in my car & drive to the store for an immediate refund. The store is usually busy. Too much said.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund due to the bad treatment of a customer who has made approximately 300 purchases.
