I placed a phone order #[protected] requested for 8:22 p.m. on 4/20/24. When I entered the store, the entire cooking and food prep area had 1/4 inch of soapy water on the floor, and towels had been placed to prevent the water from going into the order/pickup line. As I was waiting for the order to be made, a worker was pushing a large bucket of soapy water with his hands, then dumped the bucket in the cooking/food prep area. Workers were literally cooking and preparing food and walking through a 1/4 inch of dirty water. THEN, the worker who emptied the bucket on the floor went directly to the refrigerator and put meat into a bowl and he started cooking. He did not wash his hands or put on gloves. THEN, in the middle of cooking, the worker went back to bucket and then back to cooking. The manager was present the entire time because she was preparing food including my order. I asked her if she was aware that a worker is cleaning the floor and cooking at the same time and that this was the most unsanitary thing I had ever seen. The manager appeared to get defensive and asked me "Do you still want your food." I will never go back to this Panda.
