McDonald's - Total disregard for disabled people

On 02/06/2021 I went to the McDonald's at 8901 Folsom Boulevard, Sacramento, CA. 95826 store #2990 to get something to eat. Note that on the website, it states "Indoor Dining" under services available at this restaurant. I walked up to the front door, with my walker no less, and the door was locked. A sign on the door said "ring bell for service", so I did. A young lady opened the door and I said, "I would like to order food". She said that they had no register to ring up orders. I explained to her that the website for this store stated, under services available at this store, it indicated indoor dining. She stated she had to speak to a manager. Manager Jaahyra came out and I explained my request to order food. Again, she stated they did not have a register to ring up orders. I asked if I could order through the app and pick up the food here myself and she stated "No". She again stated no register to ring up orders, except for the drive thru. So she told me that if I wanted to order food, I would have to go through the drive thru. Mind you, it was quite apparent that I was using a bright red walker to ambulate, and I stated "with my walker?!" to which she replied "Yes". So I got in line in the drive thru with my walker. The other people in the drive thru saw this and honked at me and yelled, "this is just wrong! I'm going to put this video on the web." Sometime after I was following the procession of cars through the drive thru, Jaahyra comes bolting out the back door of the restaurant yelling "I'm sorry I didn't know there were so many cars!" and instructed me to come back to the front of the restaurant and she would help me. Mind you, I am already pretty far in the drive thru line, so I have to ask the people in the cars behind me to back up so I can get past the curb so I could get my walker out. Needless to say, Jaahyra realized her mistake, although not until after I was embarrassed and having difficulty maneuvering my walker through the drive thru. She took my order through the front door (as she could have done in the first place) and brought me my food. No apology or anything other than the "I'm sorry I didn't know there were so many cars". I'm sorry I didn't complain about this earlier, but with COVID and my health issues, it took me a while to get everything together. McDonald's, you should be ashamed!

Desired outcome: Proof that McDonald's really is concerned about it's handicapped patrons and perhaps a more genuine apology. The video should be online.
