A couple of weeks ago, your company sent me a wireless fob for my control panel, plus I bought 2, (yes, they are the correct ones) I am a senior and disabled, I called your customer service and they said, they would get someone to help me. they got a lady on the phone, long story short, we were on the phone for 2 hours, she got the old ones, removed but had trouble installing the new ones. then locked up and blocked us from trying again because it said to many failed attempt's, it's still locked up, I called your several times, and still locked, I called last week, and got a male with an attitude, he said he would tell me how, he said "I HAD TO" go to the closet and reach up and start unscrewing the system, I tried to explain to him a number of times, i'm disabled and unable to stand and start doing it, His Reply ok, we can send someone out to do it, and it will be $150, charge, I didn't do it, your employee did it, why should I pay because your employees don't know what they are doing?
I've called, I've asked for a supervisor, but they refuse, I've started looking for another company.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for them to fix the problem that "THAT THEY MADE BECAUSE OF NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING" and fix the problem at no cost to me.
