The rude-[censored] punk motherfucker in the photo center should be fired asap. Old-[censored] arrogant worthless [censored] with thick glasses and greying/thinning hair + [censored]ty attitude problem; ya can't really miss him! Doesn't wanna help customers with checkouts, clipper refills, or anything. I would come in almost every week, with my own personal shopping cart and load it up completely to the top with at least $250 - $300 worth of groceries, and when the lines up front are full, this [censored] refuses to help me checkout. He would simply turn me away and just tell me to go line up at the front counter instead. He would keep making up some [censored] excuses about being on his coffee break or that he's already off his shift and just getting ready to go home. He doesn't give a [censored] or a [censored] how many items you have. He simply doesn't wanna help you, so what he's trying to say here is: [censored] you and [censored] your money! While in the store, I would frequently observe him either refusing service to other customers who approached his counter for help or flat-out pushing customers right out of the store just because he didn't like the way they looked or dressed. He would talk over them in a loud, mean, threatening tone of voice. Quite the 'professional' he is; doesn't refrain from using vulgar words and profanity either. His head is filled with [censored] and his mouth is fulla [censored]. This has happened multiple times already and I am furious with this kinda rude incompetent behavior! The main reason why I don't wanna bother or overburden the cashiers up front, is because they are already hella busy serving a long line of other customers (especially some handicapped or disabled persons with special needs), and I know that I will prolly take a long time (10+ minutes) ringing up all my stuff cuz I tend to buy alot. How often do you guys actually hear about a customer who cares about the employees and other customers? Well, this old self-centered [censored] apparently does not understand that; and he would rather play with his phone instead of trying to help the rest of the overburdened/overworked staff by relieving some of the workload! If you're not exactly busy with developing photos or anything in particular at the moment, couldn't you at least help out a bit? Why you gotta be lazy like that? If you don't wanna work, then why don't ya just quit or retire already? There have also been other customers in the past who have already chimed in about their horrible experiences with his extremely rude and unacceptable behavior, and I really can't help but agree with them so please don't question me on the honesty or integrity of this review. I just wonder how he has actually been able to keep his job for so long? Btw, kudos to all the hard-working employees up front and the nice ladies working in the cosmetics area. They are usually very friendly and cool. This whole goddamn store prolly would've already folded if it wasn't for them! With so many walgreens stores closing down in the bay area, maybe it's time to get a [censored]ing clue. The south asian/indian dude who usually works there is my #1 favorite because he has a great attitude and always treats customers with respect. This guy is simply the best walgreens employee i've ever seen, and has a+ work ethics. I hope he gets promoted to manager soon, cuz he deserves that position alot more than previously aforementioned old-[censored] lazy [censored] with the [censored]ty attitude problem!
Desired outcome: FIRE THE EMPLOYEE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
