I had cancelled my auto-insurance policy and they sent me a final bill. In that, it indicated if I can show proof that I have coverage somewhere, then send them the items they requested. So instead of sending me a letter or a second indicating that my other policy doesn't qualify or something, their own collection people started harassing me. The called my office, my cell and my home number on a daily basis, just for $300. They send out a second bill and on July 21st, and instead giving a time to receive their payment, they kept calling and calling. And the guy by the name of Rudy or Ruben didn't even give me a chance to tell him that I haven't receive the statement. He kept calling and yelling at me. I finally got the bill on July 26th and sent out the check on July 27, which is a Saturday. I got another phone call from him Monday morning at 9:00 A.M. It's ridiculous! I already told all my friend and family members to cancel their policies
So From July 21st to July 29th, he spoke to me at least 3 times, and talked to the people in my office at least another 4 times. Not only that, he would hung up on them if they tell him that I am busy and can't get to the phone. Plus, he told my employees why he called, it's so unprofessional of him.
