Writer went in to pick up prescription. Showed ID after P. Tect (Daya) asked for BD. writer showed ID again and asked, "didn't you see it when I held it up?" Daya, "you don't have to have attitude!" Stated aggressively. Writer, I was only asking a question. Daya, "you don't have to be rude!" Again, I was only asking a question. Writer stated, "Dealing w your species, your so aggressive." Daya, yelling loud voice, "AH AH, AH AH!" Backing up in a aggressive manner. The pharmacist, came out and told Daya to go in the back. As writer finished with the pharmacist writer asked for Daya's name to file a complaint. At first the Pharmacist refused but then gave the teck's name.
I work with women all day and Daya's behavior reminds me of someone who already has a predisposition of who I am. Just felt that she could use some diffusing techniques. Very street attitude aggression.
Desired outcome: Don't judge a book by it's cover. Anger management would help.
