I placed order and enter promotion code listed but it didn't work and when click apply then all sudden it ordered for me automatically and pay full price! Yes it even ask me payment methods page at all! Took visa payment that was recorded on previous payment.
Item: "the complete devops certificates courses & practice test bundle" original $39 dollar after black friday week discount code is $12. They charged $39 to my visa and would not refund me. They said they can give me $39 credits back. However, store credit can not use black friday code at the same time.
So I cost me $39/each credits to pay the same course instead of $12/each!
I am here to tell you you guys are being warmed. Online discount code will not work and it will automatic take your previous visa payment information and charge to the same visa card.
Furthermore.. They won"t call you back nor they have a phone number to call. Stackcommerce support is worst.. Takes two days to reply anything
And their email called themself"support heroes"?
I sent the support ticket 1 minutes right away I saw they charged my visa. It took them days to reply me back.. Then I provided screen capture to proof and they wait 2 days to email me back. This is on going for 1 week already. Please help...
StackSocial - Returns

I am unable to print a return label to return the (Defective/ Unusable) phone UV sanitizer that I purchased. I received it early so the return label is not available and for some reason its extremely hard to reach them by email. I received the item with a packing slip from another company, vista shops. I purchased the item through the online TMZ shop. I've gone back and forth with Wade 12 times and have yet to resolve the issue. I just tried calling the number they have but that's a complete dead end. All I want to do is return my item and get a full refund. I should not have to pay the original shipping, $2.99, or the return shipping cost of $10.29. That's absolutely insane that I would have to pay a quarter of my original purchase just to return a defective item that I can't use.

StackSocial - Failure to answer email request made on their site concerning refund
Ordered KeepSolid VPN Unlimited Lifetime Subscription for $39.00 on 2/17/20 by mistake. I didn't notice that until I went to install it last week. I knew I had VPN unlimited but this had the Keep Solid which threw me off. I didn't download or activate and mailed them through their site explaining that and asked for a refund because I had ordered it through them previously. It has been a week with NO RESPONSE. StackSocial - they have problems with the delivery
I ordered smart watch from the company www.stacksocial.com. I got the confirmation info and the rep informed me that the delivery would take 10 days. I waited these days, but of course I haven’t received the order. The seller told me that they had some problems and asked to wait a little bit more. In total I waited about a month. I won’t advise anyone to buy from them, ‘coz you waste your time and money. I paid for the delivery, but got the order after a month only.
StackSocial - the seller only promised and still hasn't delivered my order
I bought phone from the company www.stacksocial.com, but it was real scam. I placed the order and after my payment was sent, I haven’t received any news. Total scam. I sent them several emails and asked about the order, but these jerks only diddle-daddle and provided some fake promises. I’m sick of their promises and waiting. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
StackSocial - they provided invalid code and it was impossible to open the app
I ordered the Language learning course from the company www.stacksocial.com. I paid $79 for this and they provided the app and code. When I tried to enter this code, it turned out that it was invalid. WTF? I sent couple of emails to the online agents and asked what to do next, but no one replied. They simply ignored all my requests. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
StackSocial - defective items
I ordered 3 items from the website www.stacksocial.com, but I had only negative attitude and reviews about this company. I received 2 items after a month, and all things were damaged. I tried to return them, but the seller refused, because they didn’t take orders back. It was their policy. Also the 3rd items weren’t delivered at all, but the seller tried to persuade me that I received it. Total rip off. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I have had several negative experiences buying from this supplier. For the sake of your mental health, you should not shop here, especially if you are an EU citizen.
The activation code for the software they supplied is not working. As the answer to my e-mail, they send an automated e-mail with unrelated info and a link to a year-old empty page
I bought Degoo Premium: Lifetime 10TB Backup Plan $89.99. I was able to redeem and it was working fine. I backed up a lot of data. After few days this plan disappeared. It's over a week, I have been trying to contact stacksocial and Degoo as well, no response from from anyone. Never buy anything from stacksocial. It is a scan.
