StackSocial - Three transactions not completed
I bought in the beginning of october 2024 2 *lifetime keys of Office pro 2019. I redeemed them but could not use them because I had to wait one month because of Microsoft (because I changed cellular phone number in the same time). I cannot find any track of these transactions in your site.StakeSocial. I do not find the redemption link nor the licence code...

I recently bought a Lighted Clock from Stacksocial and boy, was I disappointed! The clock was battery-powered, but there was no cover or slot to install the battery. I was so confused and frustrated that I had to email their support team for help. But guess what? I received an email that just looped in the seller and after waiting for 7 long days, I still didn't get any response.
I was so disappointed with the product and the service that I decided to return it. But the returns policy was so limited that I had to do it within a short period of time. And to make matters worse, I lost approximately $15 just to receive and return the clock.
I paid $120 for this clock and I expected it to be something special. But it turned out to be a unique economy device that was not worth the money at all. I was so disappointed with the product and the service that I had to waste an hour of my time writing this review. I even included pictures of the item, the return shipping label, and my receipt (with redactions, of course).
Overall, I would not recommend Stacksocial to anyone. The product was a complete letdown and the service was even worse. I hope they improve their products and services in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Stacksocial: A Reliable Online Retailer with a Wide Variety of Products and Excellent Customer Service
Stacksocial is a great website to shop online. They have made it super easy to find the products you want with all the details you need right there on the same page. No need to click around and get lost in a maze of pages like on other websites. The descriptions are clear and easy to understand, with all the technical details you need if you're a pro, but also written in a way that beginners can understand too.
I really appreciate the attention to detail that Stacksocial puts into their product descriptions. They don't leave anything out, so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy it. And if you have any questions, their customer service is top-notch. They're always available to help you out and answer any questions you might have.
One thing I really like about Stacksocial is that they have a wide variety of products. Whether you're looking for software, gadgets, or courses, they have something for everyone. And the prices are really reasonable too. I've found some great deals on Stacksocial that I couldn't find anywhere else.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Stacksocial to anyone looking to shop online. They have a great selection of products, excellent customer service, and their website is easy to use. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, Stacksocial is definitely worth checking out.
Smooth Shopping Experience with Stacksocial, But Password Hassle Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I had a bit of a hassle with Stacksocial. Don't get me wrong, the shopping cart and purchase experience was smooth, but the whole password situation was a bit of a pain in the neck. I tried to use my usual email and password combo, but the engine kept telling me that my email was already registered with their "group of stores." I mean, what stores? It would have been helpful if they told me which ones so I could have searched for the right email and password combo. I even checked PopSci, but no dice.
So, I asked to reset my password on both websites using the password that Stacksocial said was already on file, but I never received an email from either Mashable or PopSci. I mean, come on, what's the deal? I wasted over an hour trying to figure this out until I finally gave up and used a completely new email address. It would have been nice if their login rejection notification provided more information and if they checked to see why I didn't receive an email to reset my password.
But, like I said, once I got past that whole mess, the actual shopping experience was smooth. So, if you're willing to deal with a bit of a headache, Stacksocial has some pretty sweet deals. Just be prepared to use a new email address if you run into the same password issue I did.
Stacksocial Failed Me: Do Not Trust Them with Your Purchases
I had a terrible experience with Stacksocial. I decided to purchase Degoo from their website, hoping to keep my precious memories safe and secure. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when Degoo destroyed my videos of my children's births, weddings, anniversaries, and even photos of my grandparents who have passed away. I was devastated and immediately filed a complaint with Degoo, only to find out that hundreds of others had experienced the same thing.
To my surprise, Degoo refused to return my priceless memories, claiming that their app had gone into my private phone and uploaded some music videos that they didn't like. This was their excuse for destroying my private memories that I had paid them to protect. I was at a loss and didn't know what to do. That's when I turned to Stacksocial for help.
After months of back and forth, I finally received a reply from Penelope at Stacksocial. To my shock, she said that they were sorry for my loss but tough luck, they sided with the criminal vendor. I couldn't believe it! I had trusted Stacksocial to provide me with a safe and secure platform to purchase products, but they had let me down.
I would strongly advise against buying anything from Stacksocial. If they won't defend their customers when they are stolen from, then what's the point of buying from them? It's just not worth the risk. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy platform to make your purchases.
Disappointed with StackSocial's False Advertising and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased an item from StackSocial, which was advertised as a genuine brand name product from Shashibo. However, upon receiving the item, I was disappointed to find that it was a cheap quality copy of the original. I was charged for the item by StackSocial, but upon contacting them, they informed me that the item was purchased from a partner in Wenzhou Zhejiang, China.
To my dismay, the Chinese company admitted that the item was falsely advertised, and they would only provide a refund if the item was sent back to a room in Longgang City in China. Neither StackSocial nor the Chinese company would provide an RMA, and StackSocial recommended that I deal with the Chinese manufacturer instead. I was shocked to learn that the shipping costs, plus tracking service within a communist country, would be nearly the cost of the item.
I was extremely frustrated with the situation, and I felt that StackSocial had let me down. However, after posting a critical review, StackSocial responded to my concerns and offered a possibility to get a refund without sending back the fake item to China. They asked me to submit proof of their credit card charge on my credit card statement, and they processed a refund.
While I am grateful that StackSocial eventually resolved the issue, I feel that it shouldn't have taken this long to get their attention. As a US-based company, I expected better customer service and a more straightforward resolution process. I hope that StackSocial will take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that their products are accurately advertised in the future.
Stacksocial Scam Alert: Beware of Bogus Microsoft Office Pro 2021 Key Codes
I recently had a bad experience with Stacksocial, and I feel like I need to share it with others. I purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2021 from Stacksocial, and unfortunately, the key code provided did not work. I was surprised to find out that Stacksocial and TMZ are both owned by StackCommerce, and this is not the first time I have had issues with purchasing software from them.
After contacting Microsoft, I found out that there are no retail sales for Microsoft Pro, only corporate bundles. Stacksocial is selling key codes from bundles that are already assigned to the bundle. When you enter the key code provided by Stacksocial (or TMZ) via an email link that redirects you back to their website, you will see a message that the key code is USED. This is not a glitch, but rather a scam.
It is impossible to call Stacksocial customer service representatives, and the only way to contact them is by filling out a form on their website. However, even if you do manage to contact them, there is no proof of contact, and you will never hear back from them. Stacksocial's refund policy states that once you view the bogus key code, there are no refunds. This is a catch-22 situation, and it is best to avoid purchasing from them altogether.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and Stacksocial was quick to provide proof of purchase. However, I was then required to provide proof that the purchase of the software key code did not work. This is a frustrating and time-consuming process, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
In conclusion, do not fall for the promise of another working key code from Stacksocial, as it will only lead to more headaches. Even if the software somehow magically downloads, it will not function later or will be incomplete. It is best to avoid purchasing from Stacksocial altogether and find a more reliable source for your software needs.
Stacksocial Review: Lack of Communication and Delivery Issues
I recently ordered software from Stacksocial and was disappointed with the lack of communication after my purchase. I received a generic "thanks for your purchase" message, but no email receipt or software. After reaching out to their support team, I received a response from JC who provided helpful information on how to redeem my purchase.
However, I was frustrated that I had to go through the extra step of contacting their support team to receive redemption instructions. I also found it odd that they asked me to confirm my consent for them to claim my license code on my behalf, without even receiving the initial purchase.
Despite these issues, I appreciate that Stacksocial has a help center with useful topics on digital product redemption, refunds, and returns. However, I do wish they offered phone support for more immediate assistance.
Overall, I think Stacksocial has potential to be a great platform for purchasing software and other digital products. However, they need to improve their communication and delivery process to ensure a smoother customer experience. As a customer, I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to receive something I already paid for.
AVOID THIS COMPANY: Stacksocial's Subpar Products, Customer Service, and Shipping Rates
I recently bought two sets of sheets from Stacksocial, one full-sized and one queen-sized. I took a good look at them and then decided to wash them (big mistake). When I got them out of the wash, I noticed that the pillowcases of the queen set were not completely hemmed. It was going to be a real hassle to get the pillows in and out of them. So, I decided to contact the company and ask if these were second-quality sheets. Unfortunately, they never answered that question. What they did tell me was that I could get a refund if I returned the purchase, but I would have to pay for the shipping. Also, each item had to be returned in separate packaging with its own return label. Seriously? I'm supposed to package up each pillowcase separately? Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from Stacksocial again. I definitely don't recommend this company. The quality of their products and their customer service are both subpar. And their shipping rates are ridiculous - they charge for each item you purchase, instead of having one rate per order. So, if you're thinking about buying something from Stacksocial, my advice is to AVOID THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: It's now the end of September, and I've been trying to find out why my review of these products hasn't been posted since the beginning of August. It's just another one of their scams. They ask for a review, and when you write it, you see a green check mark and "saved." But if your review is negative, it will never appear on the page where the product is shown. I've sent them over 30 emails asking when my review will go live, but they just keep giving me excuses and never actually address the issue. They finally refunded the purchase amount (which I never asked for), but my reviews still haven't been posted. I doubt they ever will be. This means that any positive reviews of their second-quality products are hand-picked and definitely not an honest representation of the product. So, my original advice still stands (and it's even louder now): AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Stacksocial Review: Unbeatable Prices but Redemption Process Needs Improvement
Stacksocial is a website that offers a variety of bundles at unbeatable prices. I have made several purchases from this website and while most of my purchases redeemed properly, some of them did not. I followed all the redemption instructions but unfortunately, some of the items were lost due to unresolved glitches. This was a big bummer for me as those items were the reason why I purchased the bundles that included them.
I thought that I could pay less than the single item or maybe two and get 5 to 10 applications. However, it became too much of a time suck to continuously attempt and fail to contact support following the same copy/pasted instructions from the support team. The activation process was a nightmare as I had to create an account, download the item, install the item, attempt activation, contact support, follow copy/paste instructions by support representative, activation fail, and repeat. It felt like I was talking (emailing) to an automated bot response and it was frustrating.
I had to go through this endless loop on multiple items from multiple bundles and it was time-consuming. I would have appreciated it if the support team followed up with me, but I had no time and energy left to burn on this. I constantly get responses from any company I order from and a fail happens "oh, so sorry let me issue a refund" to which I always respond with no, a refund is an unacceptable response. Why? Sale prices go unhonored, and the time frame before I have to purchase elsewhere has closed or money still tied up.
Despite these issues, I still give Stacksocial a solid 4 stars as the bundles that did work were at an unbeatable price. At least with a time constraint to shop out more thoroughly, I was able to get what I needed. However, false promises of on-time delivery every time I ask for help resulted in a lost opportunity for me to complete a project after arranging to have help on hand and/or time off work or a wasted trip hours from home attempting to assist someone else project relying on a failed delivery of item/s.
In conclusion, Stacksocial is a great website to purchase bundles at an unbeatable price. However, there are some issues with the redemption process and the support team's response time. If you have the time and energy to go through the activation process, then this website is definitely worth checking out.
Stacksocial Review: Scamming Customers with Counterfeit Software - Beware!
Stacksocial is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. As a customer, I had a terrible experience with them and I believe they are scamming unsuspecting customers of their hard-earned money by selling counterfeit software.
I am Alfred, an engineer and a graduate student who loves data analysis. I live in TX USA and am gainfully employed. I purchased a 2021 MS Office license from the site, and I was given an order number and a download link. I proceeded to download the software and install the software package with the provided keys.
To my surprise, when the program started up, it loaded as MS Office 2016. This was rather shocking, and to make matters worse, when I checked the about page of the office software, it stated that the software was counterfeit.
I immediately complained by chatting with the customer care agent, and they raised a ticket and said they would get back to me. However, they never got back to me to address the issue, even after several chat sessions on several days to bring this to their attention. On one of the days during the chat session, the agent said that once the license had been issued and used, it could not be returned or refunded, and that there was nothing he/she could do for me.
Even Paypal, which happened to be the payment processor for the transaction, reached out to them on my behalf requesting information about what happened to the order. They replied to Paypal that the product had been delivered and that they could not address the issue or process a refund.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone reading this to take it as a lesson. Stacksocial is unprofessional in their dealings, and they have a very poor customer care practice. If you patronize Stacksocial, you do so at your own risk. Learn from my experience and don't be a part of the many people that have fallen victim to their scams. They don't care about customer experience or the quality of their service delivery. THEY ARE ALL OUT TO CHEAT. BEWARE!

Costco membership process... Very convoluted and they are non responsive after first issue.
I got a Costco offer on my email, which was unsolicited. I presume a web search initiated it. Offer and website seemed like a groupon knock-off and since Groupon didn't currently have a Costco offer I signed up for it, thinking that it would be pretty easy. Well it was not. Had to fill out a stacksocial membership, and was a guest and was told I got an...

Read full review of StackSocialDisappointing Experience with Stacksocial's Microsoft Professional Bundle: Product Key Code Not Working
I bought the Microsoft professional bundle from Stacksocial almost 2 years ago. I've been emailing back and forth because the product key code isn't working. It says that it's already been used. I wish there was a phone number to call, but there isn't. Chloe R. keeps telling me to send screenshots of what I've already sent, but she hasn't provided any solutions. It's really frustrating that no one is available to help or fix the problem. I'm very disappointed.
Disappointing Experience with Stacksocial: Defective Device and Poor Customer Service
I bought the exogun from Stacksocial, but I got a bum device that won't even turn on. I tried to get in touch with them, but the only way to do it is through email. I sent them three emails, but it's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating, especially since I could have used the massage gun to help me relax and deal with the stress of not being able to get in touch with customer service.
To make matters worse, it took over three weeks for the exogun to arrive. That's a long time to wait, especially when you're used to the speedy delivery of Amazon Prime. If Stacksocial wants to compete with the big boys, they need to work on their delivery times.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Stacksocial. The defective device and lack of customer service are major issues that need to be addressed. I hope they can improve in the future, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere for my online shopping needs.
Stacksocial: A Warning to All - Lifetime Accounts Expired and Unwanted Products Added to Cart Without Permission
I gotta say, I've had some pretty bad experiences with Stacksocial. They promised me lifetime accounts for Zoolz and Degoo, but those accounts ended up expiring on me. And let me tell you, that's not a good feeling. But that's not even the worst part. The last time I made a purchase from them, they added some random product to my cart without my permission. I didn't even know what it was, let alone want it. And to make matters worse, they didn't even tell me they added it! I only found out when I checked my receipt. And now, even though I never claimed the code for that product, they won't give me a refund. Can you believe that? These guys are straight up crooks. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
Mixed Experience with Stacksocial: PayPal Error and Password Issue
So, I was trying to buy something from Stacksocial and I decided to use PayPal to pay for it. But, when I tried to complete the transaction, I got an error message. I was confused because my phone app showed that the transaction went through. I don't know if it was my browser or the Shop Mashable website that caused the problem. It was frustrating because I really wanted to buy that item.
Another issue I had was when I was signing up for my account. I tried to create a password, but it said it was incorrect and that I would be locked out. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to log in again. But, I decided to refresh my browser and try again. Luckily, I was able to log in without any problems. I don't know if it was my fault or if there was a problem with the website.
Overall, I'm not sure if I can give Stacksocial a 5-star rating because of these issues. It's frustrating when you're trying to buy something and there are problems with the website. But, I do like the selection of products they have and the prices are reasonable. I just hope they can fix these issues so that other customers don't have the same problems I did.
Happy with Stacksocial, but beware of sneaky cart additions
I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what Stacksocial has to offer. But, I gotta be real with you guys - I'm not too thrilled about the sneaky way you try to add extra items to my cart without me even knowing. Like, come on, man! I almost dropped $80 instead of $40 because of that nonsense. And don't even get me started on the Mashable news that pops up every now and then. I mean, I'm here to shop, not read the news, ya know? But seriously, Stacksocial, you gotta cut it out with the shady tactics. If you keep this up, I might have to take my business elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with Stacksocial's Mashable Shop Package
So, I just bought this package from Stacksocial, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I got an email from them thanking me for signing up for the Mashable Shop, which was part of the package I purchased. But when I tried to sign in, Mashable said I needed to create a password. Okay, no big deal, right? So I tried to create a password, but then Mashable said I needed to use the "forgot password" option. Ugh, seriously? So I went that route, but then it said that if there was an existing account, I would get an email to reset my password. Well, guess what? I haven't gotten an email yet. And now I'm out 60 bucks for something that I can't even use.
I mean, come on, Stacksocial. You guys really need to get your act together. I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but this is just ridiculous. I'm not even sure if I want to bother trying to contact customer service, because who knows if they'll even be able to help me.
Overall, I'm just really disappointed with my experience with Stacksocial. I was excited to try out the Mashable Shop, but now I'm not even sure if I'll ever be able to use it. It's a shame, because I've heard good things about Stacksocial in the past, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Disappointing Customer Service and Frustrating Sales Experience with StackSocial
Stacksocial is a website that offers a variety of products and services. However, my recent experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. The customer service is extremely poor and the online sales experience is frustrating.
I had an issue with a product that I purchased from StackSocial. When I reached out to them for assistance, I was met with silence. I sent dozens of emails to both StackSocial and their supplier, but most of them went unanswered. When I did receive a response, it was either a stall tactic or a blame game, with StackSocial blaming the supplier for the poorly supplied and faulty product.
I am not sure what has happened to StackSocial, whether they have changed hands, management, or policies, but their customer service has deteriorated significantly. It has been two weeks since I first reached out to them, and I have made no progress in resolving my issue. As a result, I have had to escalate the matter on my side to recoup my losses.
Overall, my experience with StackSocial has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy online shopping experience.
Stacksocial Review: Dope Stuff at Decent Prices, But Wonky Interface and No Cheap Deal Search
Yo, I wanna talk about Stacksocial, not just one thing I'm buying. The website is kinda wonky, sometimes I gotta click stuff twice, like the cart button. And when I got the cart open, other parts of the site stop working, which is super annoying. Plus, I can't seem to find any way to search for cheap deals. Like, if I got $7 left to spend, I wanna find stuff that's $7 or less, but there's no easy way to do that. It's whack.
But, I gotta say, Stacksocial does have some dope stuff. They got all kinds of tech gear, online courses, and even some cool gadgets. And the prices are pretty decent, especially if you catch a sale. Plus, they got this thing called Stacksocial Marketplace where you can buy stuff from other sellers, which is pretty cool.
One thing I don't like is that sometimes the descriptions of the products are kinda vague. Like, I wanna know exactly what I'm getting before I buy it, ya know? But overall, I think Stacksocial is a solid site for finding cool stuff at decent prices. Just gotta deal with some wonky interface stuff and lack of cheap deal searching.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Stacksocial: A Warning to Potential Buyers
I recently made a purchase on Stacksocial and unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. I was really disappointed with the deal I received and decided to ask for a refund. However, the customer service team seemed to be more interested in redirecting me to the merchant rather than helping me get my $50 back. It felt like they were trying to avoid giving me a refund at all costs.
I explained to them that I had lost all confidence in the merchant and that I didn't want to deal with them anymore. But it seemed like they weren't really listening to me. It was frustrating to feel like they didn't care about the human behind the text.
To be honest, the whole experience left me feeling like Stacksocial was just a soulless money-making machine that didn't care about its customers. They claimed to empathize with me, but all I got was a canned response to my email that felt very insulting.
I've decided that I won't be doing any business with Stacksocial again. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I'm even considering taking this up with consumer affairs because I feel like I've been treated unfairly.
Overall, I would not recommend Stacksocial to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused company. There are plenty of other options out there that will treat you with the respect and care that you deserve.
Disappointing Experience with Stacksocial: Lack of Customer Service and Confusing Website
I bought a course from Stacksocial and I was disappointed with my experience. When I tried to access the course, I couldn't find it and I didn't know what to do. I tried to contact customer service, but there was no phone number or email address to reach them. I felt frustrated and helpless.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, they told me that they couldn't refund my money because it had been over 30 days since I made the purchase. I was angry and upset. I felt like I had been scammed.
In contrast, other course providers like EDUREKA make it easy to navigate their courses. You buy the course and you can access it right away. There's no confusion or frustration. It's a much better experience.
Overall, I would not recommend Stacksocial. Their lack of customer service and confusing website make it a frustrating and disappointing experience. If you're looking for an online course, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Theft of my mi debit card number to make purchase there.
Answered ad for reduced fee membership for Sam's club on 1/5/23. Appeared to be a legitimate site. I gave him my debit card number and I got no membership and a charge of $24.99 from Stack Social on my checking account. Charge is being disputed. Hopefully, no one else will be scammed. I have never done business with this company. I am in MI. This company is in Venice, CA on Market Street. They should be more careful taking phone orders with a debit card. Unfortunately it could have been someone from the company who took my debit card number.
Desired outcome: Refund of money and catch person who made this charge.
Refurbished chrome book
My chrome book arrived with broken screen and touch screen not working. I sent support team a photo which
they say they did not get i tried reaching to them by. Phone
no connection. I feel i've been ripped off. I understand a refurbished product will have scratches and some use
but it shoudn't arrive with a broken screen and who knows
what else is wrong with it.
Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac
Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac is a MSDN license which means its for Microsoft developer only and it should not be sold as retail.
I cannot contact StackSocial the phone number is not legitimate. Emails go unanswered.
I spent 7 hours trying to resolve the activiation issue with Microsoft Technical Support who informed me that StackSocial is selling MSDN license and that this is never sold at the retail level. This is a fraudulent product.
I have tried to get an answer via email and nothing happens. This company has numeous complaints and is obviously not reputable.
Desired outcome: Activated supported Microsoft Office 2021
Sam's Club membership bargain
bought sam's club membership thru stacksocial... soon as you click this no refund... funny thing is you must click to redeem purchase... will get it back from bank... dont buy anything from their site... fraud activity obviously going on in the company. The purchase was made as part of a promotion 2 months ago for Sam's Club membership for 14.95. Everything went fine at the time of purchase until I click on the redeem membership link. It stated once you click redeem there was no refund possible. But I could not get my paid membership until I clicked the link. Site stated I would receive an email for the card once submitted the clicked link. No email ever came and of course Sam's has no record. All i have is loss of 14.95 for the scam the site is running.
Desired outcome: refund
Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for Windows
On 24, 2022 I bought a copy order number [protected]. I tried to redeem my purchase, I got a license code which I can not use. The message I get "it is already in use" presumably by somewhat else. I tried several alternative ways to install the product and I am getting the same message. I am asking for a refund. Please let me know if you require the full license code
Desired outcome: Refund the purchase
I made one of the most common mistake when comes to purchasing on internet, being impulsive. When I first saw the StackSocial's ad for the Microsoft office pro plus 2021 lifetime license on sale for $29.99, I immediately started to look for my credit card. Right after I made the purchase I did what I should had done before made the purchase, research the company and the product. Sure enough, reviewopedia.com were full of negative reviews regarding stacksocial's unscrupulous practices, such as gave the used license code, and refund only in the store credit instead of cash refund, which they didn't warn you before the purchase, that the digital merchandise could only be refunded in the store credit. In my case I didn't even get the license code after the payment because I had multiple email addresses associated with the purchase. Who does that? BTW, StackSocial allowed me to made the purchase before I signed up for an account, which should also be another red flag. 4 support desks requests either went unanswered, else it was the AI generated answer that was totally useless. On their web site no clear instructions on how to get a refund , that should be another red flag. I am to contact the support desk team for refund. After so many jerking around, I decided to check with the Paypal, which I used for the payment transaction, and it was the only smart move I made in this whole cluster Fudge that I got my self into. The paypal had an email address for StackSocial (dispute@stacksocial.zendesk.com) that the Paypal said I should contact first before I started a dispute case with the Paypal. So I email the address and told them that I want a refund. The reply came back within a hour. Though not what I wanted to hear, they told me the same issue about my email address when I made the purchase, and that was why there were zero order in my account. Further more, I could either gave them consent to claim my license code, that they would let me know how to retrieve the code afterward. Else I could get a full refund in the store credit. To assure me, they told me the store credit would not expire, so I could took my time and find something else I might like in the store. I decided to take the credit because I couldn't deal with a possibility of getting the used license code. However, do I really know how long Socialstack.com will be around? I mean they can file for bankruptcy next week, and change their name to start over again. All customers with the credit from StackSocial will be fudged. So yea, I call it as I see it, it's a SCAM! Seriously, conducting eCommerce should never be this shady.
I bought a "Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for Windows 2-pack." One of the 2 licenses returned an "already used" error. So far, no one from "support" has responded.
