cvs pharmacy pharmacist at 13650 bear valley rd victorville, ca 92392 name is jacob, walked away and decided to go to lunch in the middle of a transaction, he needed to change something in computer to put prescription on a workmans comp pick up, then decided to leave and the lady helping me said he couldn't do it because he left to lunch, he was at the register overlooking the issue then walked out. very unprofessional, clock wasn't even at the top of the hour, it was 4:44 pm and they said he went to lunch before his 5th hour
July 6, 2023 4:44 pm, Grace was also helping me. I ended up having to pay for my prescription instead of getting my prescription free of charge through Optum Liberty Mutual.
Desired outcome: would like a refund/ apology for walking out in the middle of a transaction.
CVS - Medication refills.
Its been several months that they have been unable to refill my monthly medication on the day it was due. Today its been almost 2 (maybe 3 weeks and they still CANNOT tell me WHEN it will be available). I get it every month, acetaminophen Cod. #4. What is actually up with CVS and a pharmacy that do not get prescriptions on time and a pharmacist who just acts like "So What"?. And the next month my prescriptions are totally date distroyed by the previous refill date.. I go through horrible physical problems each time this happens.
Desired outcome: Computers can keep a list for them so they will know WHAT medications are coming up. Or at least call their customers that they WILL NOT have their medications ON TIME..
