Norma, a long time employee, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She calls people names like cheapskate when they decline upsells or promotions.
Her daughter, Jocelyn also an employee, has the same attitude if not worse.
There is another employee there who speaks no English and only speaks Spanish.
They both allow the local homeless to camp outside and harass customers.
Martin, the owner is intimidated by the mother/daughter team and will not take any action against them. Myself, as well as the other neighboring local business owners will patronize this location until they are removed.
Desired outcome: termination or store re-assignment
